A Home Flood Risk Assessment includes:

A NASSCO certified Building Sewer and Drain Inspection. Access to the home must be provided by the client in order to complete this portion of the assessment.

An identification of the location and elevation of the home relative to the nearest flood hazards. 

An assessment of the local drainage near the home. 

A detailed draft report of the Home Flood Risk Assessment including flood mitigation recommendations for the home will be provided to the client within 15 days of the completion of the inspection for client input. If no input has been provided by the client within 15 days following the delivery of the draft report the report will be considered final.
